• First game for Harbormen at Gallo since 2015 South final. Fifth game for Hawks since then, all in Division 1 South tournament; Xaverian is 2-2 in said games.
• In Super 8 meetings, series is tied, 1-1. Xaverian won, 3-1, in 2008 and Hingham won, 3-1, in 2010.
• In each of the last two postseasons Hingham and Xaverian have played, Harbormen have gone on to win a state championship (Super 8 in 2010, Division 1 in 2015).
